APSC 453 Science & Authority (COLL 400) is being offered this semester (Tues & Thurs 2:00-3:20).

This seminar/discussion course explores the role of science as a source of knowledge, power, and public trust. The course invites students to think critically about when scientific authority deserves deference, when it should be questioned, and how dissent can be both responsible and necessary.
